If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website.
We ask customers to provide at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled pick-up time.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, a cancellation charge may apply.
If a customer cancels shortly before the driver arrives or cannot be contacted at the pickup location, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
For airport collections, we track flight arrival time when a flight number is provided.
If a booking has been prepaid and cancelled within the notice period, refunds may be issued using the original payment method.
If your travel time, pick-up location, or flight details change, please contact us as soon as possible.
